The following airports are International:

Managua  (MNMG)

Regarding customs and immigration, Managua is easy for entering but a real experience to depart.  Check international NOTAMs for fuel.  The bad news is that the last time I was there, fuel was over US$7.00 per gallon.  The good news was they were out.

Puerto Cabezas  (MNPC)

(never been there)
