Control System

    The plane had the cable operated mechanical brakes on it when I purchased it.  These were replaced with Tracy O'Brian hydraulic brakes.  This required adding additional bracing on the rudder peddles to prevent the welds from breaking.  I know of two cases where the welds broke causing the plane to ground loop.

As installed for mechanical brakes.	bracket reinforced with square tube gusset on one end and a strap around the tube at the other end.	The reinforced rudder pedals were reinstalled.
