Seven Sacred Pools

   There is nothing sacred about the seven sacred pools.  Their original name was Ohe'o Gulch.  The name change was a marketing idea to help bring tourists past Hana.  It worked.  Today the Seven Sacred Pools are a part of the Haleakala National Park.
