     This small restaurant and gift shop is Hatchet Bay has fantastic food.  We sat outside on the back deck overlooking the bay.  I can testify the Grouper sandwiches are fantastic, and the other members of the party said the same about their food.  The owners go out of their way to cook whatever you want.  The food was reasonably priced and the drinks ice cold.  This place is a "must stop" while on Eleuthera.
