Wings
The wings are made from ribs cut from 1/4" marine plywood. The ribs are stack sawed, and power sanded. Wing spars are simply straight boards.
Ribs glued to spars.
Capstrip being glued on front of ribs.

Cut down of 2x4 for wing attach.
Everything varnished.
