Luperon
Luperon is a quite town with a large ex-pat. population. Located 54 km west of Puerto Plata by road. It has a big beautiful beach and a good harbor. The lodging and food are cheaper here than many costal towns. We ate at Capt. Steve's Place Restaurant & Bar.
