Melia Tropical

    One of 20 large all-inclusive resorts in the Punta Cana Area.  We will be here in room 2416 October 13 - 20th.  Their website is Melia Club Tropical.  So far we have eaten at the Mediterranean Restaurant, and the French Restaurant.  Tonight is the Japanese Restaurant. 

    This resort is very much like a cruise ship.  Everything is beautiful, well planned, with set schedules, and even evening shows.  It is very relaxing and restful.  It also totally isolates you from the real Dominican Republic.  Their diving is average, but tuned toward mass crowds instead of a good dive experience.
