    Capt. Steve ran a boat charter out of Key West for years.  He eventually sold his boat and settled in Luperon where he built his restaurant from the ground up.  His house is attached to the back of the restaurant.  He even has his own swimming pool.  Steves place offers a number of services including, restaurant bike rental, billards, laundry service, wholesale food, and internet.  He does a good trade with boaters who put into port, as well as locals.  His food is excellent, and its a good place to hang out and get local information.
